Sergeant Boyce, Corporal White, Corporal Dan and Cadet Robinett, put in hours of training with the support of Lois Durrant, which proved to be beneficial as they were awarded First Place, with Exmouth Squadron receiving Second Place.  This fantastic win, sees the team progressing to the next level and competing in the Inter Services Competition at Sandhurst on the 15th October.

Flt Lt Bone said “For the team to win at such a high level, it is truly an honour and shows their dedication not only to their team, but also the squadron and at the ATC as a whole.  We are now all practicing hard so to be at our best for the next round”

The excellent result was also backed by the surprise individual award of Cadet Robinett receiving joint third place for National ATC Individual, after the awards ceremony Cadet Robinett commented, “I am simply amazed, this is the first time I have competed at this level, and I would like to thank my team members for all their support as without them I couldn’t not have achieved this.”
